Alexander Hire has been great assisting us with a large event this year. They are a regular user of ours and always have 1st class customer service; fast response times and their orders have arrived on time, as promised, and with no issues. They are very flexible and understanding, we look forward to using you again in the future.

We used Alexander marquees for our large wedding and the service they provided was incredible. Neil and his team had a very difficult job and they were very professional and supportive throughout. The marquee looked incredible and you would have to pay so much more money to find a venue that was as beautiful. We were unlucky to have a very wet few days before the wedding, however the marquee never leaked and was very dry inside for the wedding. Well done and Thank You

 I cannot thank Alexander Marquees enough for helping me celebrate my daughters 21st Birthday, the marquee and all that went with it were absolutely amazing.  I don't think my guests were expecting something so spectacular, it so added to the night of celebration.  

 The men who put the marquee up were great, arriving on time, the marquee went up with no fuss at all.

 I would like to thank you too Paula, you had to endure my usual last minute panics (sorry!).

To whom it may concern,
I am writing on behalf of the Royal Holloway Christian Union, for whom I work full time. You provided a marquee for our events week beginning 26th Feb, providing a great setting for us to invite fellow students to consider issues of faith and life. I just wanted to write and say a great big thank you; your prices were excellent, your staff were helpful and your marquee was lovely. In particular, we had some administration issues with our Students' Union that week that meant we had to keep to-ing and fro-ing regarding heating. Not only were your staff creative in finding a good solution but you were flexible enough to come and fix our heating more than once and work with the fire marshall on site to make it safe. Without your employees helping us in this regard, our week would have been a disaster- so many thanks for all your help!

I ordered very specific trestle tables and Alexander Hire had everything I needed and were brilliant in dealing with, quick quote, value for money and option to pick up and there team who collected were rapid. In and out of the venue in no time. Tables were great quality and made a huge difference to the way the wedding felt and looked. Fair to say it wouldn't have been as good without the tables and glad at how simple it was all made by these guys.

Firstly once again for such a superb service in relation to marquee number 1! It looked stunning and I can honestly say that each one of the 140 (!) party goers loved it and the dance floor was packed all night long.

The party was a great success and the marquee looked amazing! All the guys I met from your company were very helpful, so thank you very much. I have already recommended you to two people and I'm hoping we may have another party in September so I'll probably be in contract then.

I would also like to say how helpful everyone has been, both on the phone and dropping off and picking up, so please pass on my thanks to them all. I don’t think we will be having another big party for some time (!) but when we do I will definitely come back to you.

Brilliant! Used Alexander Hire 4 years ago for our wedding and used them every year since for birthday and anniversary parties...

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to you guys there! The marquee, the set up, furniture, everything was just amazing! We had the best day of our lives and we can't thank you all enough for everything you done. Your team are just incredible!

Just a quick note to say thank you for all your help over the last couple of weeks. Being our birthday week for the club we are at our busiest with events happening on a daily basis.

From Soiree on Monday to Edwardian tennis and badminton mid week, “Fire and Ice” balls over the weekend finishing with a family fun day for 1500 on Sunday.

I am very happy to say that all the functions throughout the week went off without any hiccups and a great time was had by all. This is mainly due to you and your companies delivering on time, helping with extra deliveries, keeping to your word and contracts, so thank you.

I wanted to tell you that I have been very impressed with your company. You were very helpful with all the arrangements before the party. The men who set up were very obliging and friendly and did exactly what I asked them to do with positioning of the marquee, lights and tables. The table linen, cutlery, crockery etc were all of a very good standard and the collect and wash service is a great idea. The men who removed everything were also very nice and helpful.

The party was a great success and the garden looked amazing.
